OF LAWTON FAMILIES LIVE IN POVERTY
OF CHILDREN IN LAWTON LIVE BELOW
THE POVERTY LEVEL
In 2013, Lawton First Assembly launched its Compassion
Ministry with a food pantry, clothes closet, and more,
benefitting hundreds of families since then. But
there's more that we can do. We have an opportunity
to benefit from the overflow from large organizations
such as Amazon, Costco, and other retailers at pennies
on the dollar. The distribution of these products, from
household goods to clothing, food, and much more, can
genuinely make a difference for those with immediate
needs. Many families encounter hardships such as
loss of income, medical needs, etc., which can set any
family back. With these resources on hand, needs can
be readily met. Your generous giving to this project will
enable us to accommodate this expanded effort.
